Shipping Policy - the basics

Thank you for shopping with The Homegrown Store! Below are the details of our shipping process.

1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. We offer standard and expedited shipping options. We also offer free Local Delivery on orders over $35 and free USPS ground advantage shipping on orders between $60-$199.  Subject to change for large heavy items.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within Minnesota. If you're outside our shipping area, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.

5. Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
